The Commercial Real Estate Development Association Poll Finds Significant Number of Voters in Metro Nashville Mayor’s Race Still Undecided

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 6th— NAIOP Nashville, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association

is releasing a horserace of contenders for Metro Nashville’s August 2023 Mayoral Election. Candidates

polled included: Heidi Campbell, Jim Gingrich, Sharon Hurt, Freddie O’Connell, Alice Rolli, Matt Wiltshire,

and Jeff Yarbro.

“As Nashville prepares to elect its fourth mayor in eight years, NAIOP is pleased to offer this poll as a

public service to voters in Metro Nashville. This election comes at a time when Nashville is facing exciting

growth and unique challenges. We hope this poll can aid voters in making this very important leadership

decision for the city we all care so much about” says NAIOP Nashville’s Executive Director, Caroline

Mullen.

Public Policy Polling polled 541 likely Davidson County voters between June 2 and June 3 on behalf of

NAIOP Nashville. The polling has a margin of error of +/- 4.2 percent. Read full poll results here.
