Industrial Sale
of the Year

The award recognizes the commercial real estate Industrial Sale of the Year. The sale will be recognized in the year that it closes.  A broker(s) will be eligible to the degree that the broker is the primary broker in the transaction and a resident of Middle Tennessee.  Broker can only submit the percentage of the total consideration of the sale of which they were awarded.  All buildings shall be located in the fifteen county region comprising Middle Tennessee.

Eligible recipients:

  • Primary selling broker or sales team

  • Residents of Middle Tennessee

  • Third party buyers broker, if not principal in transaction

All required fields must be answered. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. The deadline to submit nomination(s) is 4pm on January 11, 2024- No exceptions. Judges will select on the following criteria.

  • Name and address of the building(s)

  • Total sale price

  • Percentage of the total consideration of the sale of which broker was awarded

  • Cap rate

  • Sale price per/ square foot

  • What special circumstances or unique attributes make this transaction worthy of consideration?

  • Date the sale closed (must be closed on or before (12/31)

  • Sellers broker, firm name and address

  • Seller and seller's address (include seller contact person)

  • Please list any other individuals or organizations associated with this deal that should be recognized

  • Name and contact information of the nominator
