The Developing Leader Award

The award recognizes the commercial real estate Developing Leader of the Year. The award honors the rising commercial real estate professional 35 years of age and under for their valued contribution and commitment to the industry and community. 

Eligible recipients:

  • NAIOP Nashville Member in good standing

  • 35 years of age and under

All required fields must be answered. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. The deadline to submit nomination(s) is 4pm on January 11, 2024- No exceptions.

  • Name of nominee

  • Name and address of their firm

  • Briefly describe the professional performance of the nominee in the year prior to the Awards Gala.

  • Briefly describe the professional performance of the nominee over the course of their career.

  • Professional awards and achievements

  • Briefly describe the contribution to NAIOP by the nominee.

  • Briefly describe the contribution to the community by the nominee.

  • Name and contact information of the nominator
